Experience
I'm an experienced math tutor who has helped many students pass difficult courses or prepare for important exams. I recently graduated from Cornell University as a double-major in Math and Physics, and I'm currently employed at Pennsylvania State University with the National Science Foundation, where my colleagues and I perform research in Applied Math. I've mentored students as a Math Course Assistant, and also prepped individuals for one of the most challenging and influential landmarks of their academic career--the SAT--as a math tutor. I've taught courses in algebra, calculus, geometry, and trigonometry, along with several classes specializing in SAT prep. In high school, I passed the time running cross country races and making it to the state championships with my volleyball team. Outside of work, I enjoy an engaging round of chess, filling out crossword puzzles, hitting a home run out of the park, and the piano. I'm also an amateur juggler.
